Backed by Research: A Third-Party Study of Novi Customers

The data discussed above comes from a comprehensive study conducted in early 2025 by Ozean Media, an independent data analytics firm. The analysis included verified sales data from associations that launched on Novi AMS between July 1, 2016, and December 31, 2023.

To ensure the findings reflected typical outcomes, the study excluded statistical outliers—cases where revenue changes were unusually large due to one-time events or external factors. After this adjustment, the average first-year revenue growth across associations was 25%.

The study also segmented results by revenue tiers and time periods (pre-, during, and post-COVID), helping to ensure the insights were both accurate and relevant across a diverse range of association sizes and circumstances.
