General Position Description
What You’ll Do...
- Host deep dives on QuickBooks integration and/or finding best approach solutions to bookkeeping questions for current, onboarding, and prospective customers.
- Use analytical methods to find solutions for topical client support questions through our Conversational Relationship Platform (CRP), Intercom.
- Conduct ongoing training for both internal team and customers on best practices, recent feature updates, etc.
- Develop and update relevant customer help articles, feature update announcements and videos.
- Strategize and consult the team on process efficiencies related to customer bookkeeping/accounting.
- Support payment and accounting operations related to Novi Pay, including troubleshooting transactions, explaining payment processing concepts (fees, payouts, disputes, and holds), and assisting customers with how payment activity flows between Novi and QuickBooks Online.
What You Bring...
- We are looking for a team member in the United States who is highly motivated and available to work full-time from their remote/virtual office.
- Previous bookkeeping experience in QuickBooks required. Use of QuickBooks Online preferred – QuickBooks Desktop experience okay as well.
- QuickBooks certification a huge plus.
- Previous association experience a huge plus.
- Self-motivated go-getters who aren't afraid of solving "puzzles" when it comes to bookkeeping related questions.
- Someone who isn't afraid to dive into technical issues and curiosities, but not necessarily with developer/designer level skills.
- A bachelor's degree - the field doesn't matter as much as your ability to explain why you're passionate about it.

More Details
The starting salary for this position is $70,000, with potential adjustments based on your experience. We also offer a highly competitive benefits package as part of our comprehensive compensation package that includes fully paid family health, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401k match.
