"I Wish We Would've Switched Sooner!"
Hi, I'm Krystal Ferm, Director of Programs for the Bay Area Apartment Association (BAAA).
When BAAA switched to Novi AMS, it made a huge difference in our daily processes. To start, the QuickBooks Online integration makes for seamless accounting and has saved a ton of staff time.
As a trade association, Novi's robust membership database understands our member relationships and allows for custom member fields. Having a ton of member information readily available means we no longer need to keep track of endless spreadsheets.
Our members really enjoy having a central source of information about their membership in the Member Compass. They can easily find invoices, see registrations for events, renew, and update their member directory information. The only downside? I wish we would've switched sooner.
