Thank You, ASAE 2026: Here's What Your Ideas Are Already Shaping
We're back from Indy, mostly unpacked, and still finding stray swag in our laptop bags. Now that the booth is broken down and the follow-up emails have gone out, we wanted to take a minute to say thank you, and show you what you left us with.
The Whiteboard
If you stopped by our booth, you probably saw it: a whiteboard covered in sticky notes, filling up over three days with product ideas from the people who actually do this work every day. No pitch, no prize wheel. Just a marker, some Post-its, and a simple ask: if you could pick the next feature Novi builds, what would it be?
You gave us a lot to think about. A few themes came up again and again, enough that we started grouping the notes as the week went on:
"Tell me what needs attention before I have to go find it."
This was the clearest pattern on the board, by both volume and by how many stars a note collected. Association staff want to know when a member who used to be engaged has gone quiet, when a page on their site is out of date, when registration for an upcoming event is running behind budget, when a data field needs cleanup. Not a dashboard to dig through, rather, a flag raised before the problem gets bigger.
"Make reporting less manual."
Several notes asked for smarter event performance analysis, marketing effectiveness across an entire event calendar, and automated trend comparisons. One attendee, a marketing lead at their association, put it simply: they wanted to know, at a glance, how many people were registering across all their events, by day, without doing it themselves.
"Help me recognize the members who deserve it."
A few notes asked for an easier way to pull together a member's history and involvement, whether for a board nomination, an award, or a mentorship match. It's a small thing operationally and a meaningful thing for the member on the other end of it.
Some reassuring news for us and our current and future customers... A lot of what showed up on that whiteboard validates the direction we have been heading for the past couple of years. We have been building toward this.
Which Brings Us to Amplify™
At ASAE, we introduced Amplify by Novi AMS, the AI layer we've been building into the platform. Thank You to the People Who Made It Happen
First, thank you to the ASAE staff. Anyone who has exhibited at a show this size knows how much coordination goes into making the exhibiting process feel smooth for the vendors on the floor, and this year was no exception.
Thank you also to Big Red M and Feathr, our partners in co-hosting the Pit Stop Social. Getting to share that space with two teams we love working with made the event feel less like a happy hour and more like a reunion.
And thank you to the whole Novi team who staffed the booth, ran setup and tear down, and kept things running behind the scenes all week. Conferences look effortless from the outside. But to achieve that look takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes. We're grateful for every one of you who showed up early, stayed late, and made the booth a gathering place of ideas and great conversation.
